Farewell to 2011

Happy new year everyone! I hope you are doing fine and well.
(Is it only me or did 2011 went by way to quickly? I cannot believe it's 2012 already.)



Where the wild flowers grow

2011 was the first year that I didn't get the opportunity to work with the wonderful BlackLillyFlower.
We had over 30 shootings in the time from July 2009 to August 2010 and our collaboration in these 14 months made me the photographer I am today. Seeing 16 months pass by without the opportunity to work together again feels like a loss to me.
But there are still many pictures to post from our collaborations and I'm very happy about that and looking forward to it.



Daily Deviation

And I'm very happy that La muse de l'artiste, a work from a collaboration between Lilly and me, was featured as a Daily Deviation in 2011.



I love so many pictures from this series! I think I will upload another one or two this year.

LOVE your gallery here and on and tumbler.
Each picture is so unique. The soft lighting and shades. The balance of grays or subtle use of colors.
But more than that, the subjects look relaxed and natural. And all so tastefully done. I could ramble on... but...
